About the Role

We are a growing U.S.-based litigation law firm seeking a Business Analyst / Data Operations Analyst to own data integrity, KPI reporting, and dashboard visibility across our case management systems.

This is not just a reporting role.

You will be responsible for improving data governance inside Filevine and Lead Docket, ensuring accurate case stage tracking, time-in-stage reporting, and leadership-level dashboard visibility.
