Upper Edge Property Management is in the business of property management.One of the core functions of the company is Business Development, or the marketing of the company's services to potential clients.The Business Development Assistant is an individual who is extremely organized, has good time management skills, and has great people skills.The Business Development Assistant will respond to new investor prospects, forward them to the Business Development Coordinator or Manager, and enter in new properties when contracts have been signed.
**Responsibilities**:- Communicating with new leads (investor prospects), entering them into Lead Simple and forwarding them to the Business Development Coordinator- Communicating with new investors regarding the data entry process of their property, including entering the property into Rent Manager- Answering the main Upper Edge phone line and dispersing calls as necessary- Arranging New Property Inspections- Sending in meter readings for new ...
