We're looking for an experienced Call Centre Manager with sales experience to join our team. You'll be responsible for owning, managing, and scaling our appointment setting department.

You will lead the team, optimise answer rates and booking rates, enforce process adherence, coach performance daily, and ensure every lead is handled with speed and precision.
