Job Opportunity: Operations & Sales Manager (Remote)

Hours: 30 hours per week (Monday – Saturday)

Shifts: 8 AM – 2 PM EST OR 2 PM – 8PM EST

Compensation
Base Pay: $6.00 / hour

Commission: 5% monthly commission on all revenue booked.

Clean Bro LLC is looking for a high-energy, technically proficient Operations & Sales Manager to handle the day-to-day heartbeat of our residential and commercial cleaning business. We pride ourselves on reliability and professionalism; we need a tea mber who embodies those same values.

Answering every call within one minute is an absolute requirement. You won't just be answering phones; you'll be booking sales, managing our cleaning crews, and ensuring our systems run like a well-oiled machine.
