Remote Compliance Specialist (Property Management)

**Compliance Administrator**
The fundamental duties of the Compliance Administrator are to monitor the company’s compliance and program regulations. Perform a full range of resident file reviews and regulatory reporting. Work is performed according to generally accepted standards and within policies included in state and federal law and administrative regulations.
**The primary responsibilities for this role include**:
1. Conduct compliance audits according to established audit plans
2. Monitoring compliance documents per requirements and keep spreadsheets updated
3. Following up on implementation to ensure corrective actions are taken for non-compliance documents
4. Assisting supervisor with admin tasks
5. Maintain accurate and organized audit documentation
6. Identify opportunities of enhancement to participate and strengthen BMG’s overall compliance culture
