Remote Construction Estimator

We are seeking an experienced Construction Estimator to join our remote team at Roomi Group Corporation.
Responsibilities:
Review project plans, specifications, and client communication to determine project scope and requirements.
Utilize estimating software and tools to create take-offs and proposals based on company SOPs and protocols.
Identify potential risks and challenges that may impact project costs and schedules.
Respond to client requests for breakouts, SOVs, VE's, pricing adjustments, escalations, and other scenarios.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree – preferably an Architectual degree however will accept mechanical & civil engineering degrees
5 years verifiable experience as an Estimator and/or reading construction blueprints on a daily basis.
Very strong proficiency in reading blueprints.
Very strong proficiency in using software – estimating software, Excel, Word and PDF readers.
Detailed, organized, and precise.
