Remote Construction Estimator

We are seeking an experienced Construction Estimator to join our remote team at Roomi Group Corporation.

Responsibilities:

• Review project plans, specifications, and client communication to determine project scope and requirements.
• Utilize estimating software and tools to create take-offs and proposals based on company SOPs and protocols.
• Identify potential risks and challenges that may impact project costs and schedules.
• Respond to client requests for breakouts, SOVs, VE’s, pricing adjustments, escalations, and other scenarios.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture is required for this position.
• 5 years verifiable experience as an Estimator and/or reading construction blueprints on a daily basis.
• Very strong proficiency in reading blueprints.
• Very strong proficiency in using software – estimating software, Excel, Word ...
