Remote Construction Estimator

We are seeking an experienced Construction Estimator to join our remote team at Roomi Group Corporation.
Responsibilities:
Review project plans, specifications, and client communication to determine project scope and requirements.
Utilize estimating software and tools to create take-offs and proposals based on company SOPs and protocols.
Identify potential risks and challenges that may impact project costs and schedules.
Respond to client requests for breakouts, SOVs, VE's, pricing adjustments, escalations, and other scenarios.
Required Qualifications
Master's degree required (relevant to design, engineering, architecture, or estimating)
Minimum of 10 years of experience specifically in design and engineering or architectural or Estimating
Demonstrated senior-level capability with proven depth of expertise
Very strong proficiency in reading blueprints.
Very strong proficiency in using software – estimating software, Excel, Word and PDF readers.
