Remote, Contract-based Ohio Plaintiff's Employment Law Attorney Opportunity - 10+ Hours/Week

Due to increased demand, we are now interviewing for a qualified, experienced, and dedicated Ohio Plaintiff's Employment Law Attorney. Remote work hours will vary, but are expected to be approximately 10+ hours per week. Attorney Responsibilities: Provide in-person coverage for hearings, depositions, mediations, and other proceedings as needed Assist with plaintiff-side employment law matters, including wrongful termination, discrimination, retaliation, and wage and hour claims Conduct legal research and draft motions, pleadings, and other employment law documents Review case files and assist with case strategy Provide back-end litigation support and help move cases forward efficiently Collaborate with attorneys and staff on active employment litigation mat...
