We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our growing remote team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a high-volume call environment, communicates confidently in English, and is comfortable engaging customers to gather key information that supports sales efforts.
This is a fully remote position working 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM Pacific Time .

About the Role
As a CSR, you will play a critical role in supporting the sales team by conducting follow-up calls with customers who have placed high-value orders. You will handle a significant call volume daily and act as a bridge between customers and the sales team by gathering insights, documenting needs, and ensuring timely follow-ups.
