Remote Customer Service Representative (US Based Only)

Earn extra income this tax season as an Independent Contractor on the Agents Only Platform. We are seeking reliable and motivated individuals to deliver outstanding customer service for our tax-related products and services.

This fully remote role gives you the flexibility to create a schedule, while providing essential support during the busiest time of the year. With an hourly pay model, agents earn from $15 to $19 per hour plus Star Bonus. Availability on Tax Day, April 14, 2026 and April 15, 2026, is required to qualify for Tax Bonus - $400 training incentives to ensure critical coverage during this peak period. Joining this project will also open more opportunities for future projects.

As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you will be assisting customers via phone, helping them navigate their tax filing process, answering questions about our services, and providing general support. You don't need to have a tax experience, we will train you!
