Overview

(Remote) Customer Service Representative — Remote position open to candidates in Bogota or Medellin. Spring Financial is a fintech company providing smart credit-building, mortgage, and lending solutions. Our team supports customers online, via text, or over the phone.

Please note: English proficiency is required as the role is conducted in English.

What You Should Already Have

• 3-5+ years in telecommunications, preferably in a BPO setting, with North American accounts
• 1 year experience working with Excel and/or Google Sheets

What You’ll Be Doing

• Attending inbound and outbound calls, live chats, emails, and text messages from current clients (majority of work will be inbound calls)
• Providing excellent customer service at each step, taking time with each applicant to clearly answer questions and provide accurate information
