Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive, organized, and relationship-driven
Remote Customer Service & Internal Sales Manager
to manage our existing customer base and support our external sales representatives. This role is responsible for protecting and growing revenue across house accounts, strengthening accountability with sales reps, and delivering exceptional service to inbound customer needs.

This is an
