Responsibilities

• Daily: Enter work orders into computer for scheduling purposes based on direction from the dental office for each case
• Contact accounts with any delivery conflicts
• Organize work throughout lab and deliver to departments
• Verifies the content of outgoing orders by accurately reviewing the prescription, work ticket and other applicable notes.
• Assists with FedEx, UPS and USPS
• Answers the telephone and provides customer service when needed
• Assists with nightly cleanup of area as required
• All other duties as assigned
