Position Title: Service Manager (Virtual Assistant)
Employment Type: Full-Time (40 hours per week)
Work Arrangement: Remote (Philippines-based)
Reporting To: Director

VA Rate : $10AUD PER HOUR (Negotiable)
ROLE PURPOSE
The Service Manager (VA) supports day-to-day operations including staff rostering, shift changes, documentation, reporting, and stakeholder communication. No prior NDIS knowledge is required; training will be provided.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Staff Operations & Rostering
Manage daily rosters and shift changes
Handle cancellations and urgent replacements
Track staff availability and leave
Participant, Family & Stakeholder Communication
Maintain relationships with participants and families
