Remote Digital Key & Connected Room Support Specialist

NTT DATA, Inc. is seeking an Account Service Specialist in Guadalajara, Jalisco, to provide Remote Level 1 & 2 support for Hilton's Digital Key System. The ideal candidate will manage incidents through ServiceNow and deliver exceptional customer service.

This role involves live phone support during a variety of hours including evenings and weekends, as well as participation in an on-call rotation. Strong technical and communication skills are essential.
