Key Responsibilities:
• Create realistic EEOC and labor-related workplace scenarios
• Write attorney-level ‘golden’ reference responses
• Assess AI responses based on rigorous criteria
• Provide insightful feedback to research teams for improvement
• Engage in onboarding and specialized calibration sessions
Requirements:
• 1-4 years of employment law practice
• Must hold a J.D. or equivalent qualification
