About the Role

We are hiring a
detail-driven Estimator
to support both
insurance-based roofing & repair projects
and
commercial construction bids
(QSR, restaurants, and retail). This role blends
Xactimate estimating
,
scope analysis
, and
bid coordination
across multiple platforms and tight deadlines.

This is not an entry-level role. You will be trusted to interpret scopes, identify gaps, build accurate estimates, communicate with contractors and adjusters, and protect margin through disciplined estimating.

Primary Responsibilities

Estimating & Scope Review

• Prepare
  accurate, itemized estimates
  using
  Xactimate
  (roofing/repairs) and
  Excel or Job Nimbus
  (commercial bids)
• Review scopes, drawings, photos, and insurance estimates for accuracy and omissions
• Identify discrepancies, supplements, and scope gaps
