Finance Controller (Remote – LATAM / US)

Role Overview

The Finance Controller is the financial backbone of Shareholder Ventures
and will report directly to the Chief Operating Officer (COO)
.
You will lead accounting, reporting, and compliance across our holding company structure, our 100%-owned portfolio companies, our fund management company, our $20M USD investment fund, and the related investment entities used to back acquisition entrepreneurs.

This role blends
technical accounting strength with practical FP&A
. You will build repeatable processes, enforce internal controls, and deliver timely, decision-useful reporting for management and our investors.
