 We are looking for a dedicated Support Specialist to assist customers throughout their entire online order journey, including delivery management, shipping investigations, returns, payment transactions, refunds, and both inbound/outbound communication.  
 Your Responsibilities:  
 Provide end-to-end support for online orders, including deliveries, returns, payments, and refunds.  
 Handle sensitive customer data in compliance with PCI and GDPR standards.
