Remote HR Architect: Lifecycle & Tech Recruiting Lead

LumiMeds is seeking an experienced HR professional to build and manage the entire HR function from scratch. This fully remote role requires strong lifecycle HR skills and the ability to source and engage technical candidates directly. You will design onboarding processes, establish performance management systems, and oversee the recruiting pipeline across various roles, including engineering and sales. You should be comfortable with ambiguity and have a solid understanding of global recruiting compliance.
