Remote HR Operational Flow Administrator

Position: HR Operational Flow Administrator

(Full-Time Permanent Work From Home)

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM EST (New York Time)

With rotating weekend shifts: Saturday and Sunday, 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM EST

Benefits: Paid Time Offs after 3-month probationary period

Performance reviews on the 3rd and 6th month

Annual salary increase based on performance

System Requirements:

Personal laptop with at least 5GB RAM

Stable internet connection with backup internet

Noise-cancelling headset required

Qualifications:

Minimum of 2 years work experience

Experience in US healthcare or medical setting is a strong advantage

Excellent verbal and written English communication skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook)

Must be available to work US business hours
