Remote HR Operations Generalist — Onboarding & Payroll

MetaProp is looking for an HR Operations Generalist in Argentina who will manage onboarding, maintain HRIS records, and support payroll processes. This remote-first position requires alignment with Eastern or Central time zones.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and over 3 years of HR experience. Proficiency in Microsoft tools and knowledge of U.S. employment laws are also essential.
