Remote HR Operations Generalist: People Ops & Compliance

Placemakr is looking for an HR Operations Generalist to support their remote-first team in San Luis, Argentina. You will manage day-to-day people operations and ensure compliance with HR processes.

The ideal candidate should have a degree in HR or a related field, along with over 3 years of HR experience, and strong organizational skills. Fluency in Spanish is preferred to facilitate team support across functions.
