Remote Immigration Case Manager

The Role:

As a junior Remote Immigration Case Manager, you’ll play an important role in supporting clients throughout their immigration process. You’ll manage cases from beginning to end, ensuring all work complies with applicable immigration laws and regulations. We also offer regular pay increases based on performance and experience.

You will be responsible for:

• Oversee and coordinate a portfolio of immigration cases
• Prepare, draft, and file immigration applications and petitions
• Meet with clients, gather information, and collect required supporting documents
• Keep up to date with immigration laws, policies, and procedures
• Share regular updates with clients on case status
• Collaborate closely with legal teams and external partners
• Contribute to a proactive team dedicated to delivering exceptional immigration services
