Remote Incident Commander - SaaS Reliability Lead

Alcor is seeking a proactive Incident Commander to manage incident response within our fully remote SaaS operations in Colombia. This role involves steering resolution during incidents, ensuring effective communication across diverse teams, and performing post-incident documentation.

Your responsibilities will include initiating incident responses, collaborating with engineers and support teams, and creating comprehensive post-incident reports (PIRs). Ideal candidates will have experience in incident management and a calm demeanor under pressure.
