Expanding remote ISA team. Current Batangas ISA performing strongly. Hiring #2 now. Goal: 5 ISAs by 2026. Long term no contract workers should apply.
Compensation:
₱165–275/hr + ₱1,375 per booked appointment + quarterly bonus ₱11,000–27,500
Paid weekly (Mondays) via Remitly GCash
Schedule:
Part-time start: 9am–1pm CST
Full-time later: 9am–5pm CST
Must-Have Requirements:
Candidates must possess proven sales experience, with a preference for candidates with experience in cold calling. Strong negotiation and persuasion skills are essential for this role. Excellent communication and phone presence are also crucial, as the position requires active engagement with homeowners
Native level conversational English with no heavy accent is a must. Candidates should have a clear and confident speaking voice.
