Our valued client is one of the top international outsourcing companies. They are looking for some Mandarin/Cantonese-English Professional Interpreters for medical projects in the US market.
Location: Everywhere in Vietnam/Thailand/Cambodia/China

Key Responsibilities

• Handle and carefully respond to all inbound and outbound customer inquiries.
• Provide excellent customer service through active listening.
• Treat sensitively all confidential customer information.
• Update precise records in required systems.
• Deliver clear instructions.

Key Requirements

• High school graduate (Must present diploma or certificate).
• Mandarin/Cantonese: Fluent
• English level: C1 or above.
• As a must customer support - post-sales support (both in a technical environment).
