Propio in Colombia is seeking an Offshore Recruiter to manage the sourcing, screening, and selection of candidates for onsite interpreter roles. The candidate must be passionate about talent acquisition, with strong communication skills and the ability to work independently.

The role includes recruiting for over 350 languages, developing relationships, and achieving recruiting goals. A Bachelor’s degree and at least 2 years of experience in recruitment are required.
