The coordinator will ensure tickets are triaged correctly, manage engineer schedules, and provide timely updates to clients. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in an MSP environment, outstanding English communication skills, and familiarity with ticket management systems. This remote position offers a salary range of $1,200 - $1,500 and includes benefits such as 13th Month Pay and HMO.
