Position Overview

Own paid lead generation campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads for a high-end residential construction brand. This role is heavily execution-focused and centered on campaign management, optimization, performance analysis, and lead generation growth.

You will manage campaigns daily inside Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager, optimizing for lead quality, CPL, ROAS, and conversion performance. This role is ideal for a hands‑on paid media operator who moves quickly, identifies problems independently, and thrives in a fast‑paced performance marketing environment.
