BA Global Talent is looking for a Talent Acquisition Associate to join their team remotely from LATAM. This role requires 2+ years of experience in recruitment and expertise in managing the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle.

The candidate will partner with the Talent Acquisition team, conduct screenings, and proactively source top talent. The position comes with monthly compensation in USD, commission structure, and various benefits including BTO days and an annual upskill allowance.
