We are hiring a Remote Legal Assistant to support Social Security Disability cases for a U.S.-based law firm. The ideal candidate will have:

• At least 6 months of experience in Social Security Disability law
• Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills
• Ability to review medical records, draft legal documents, and assist attorneys in hearings
• Fluency in English and Spanish (written and spoken)

Responsibilities include:

• Assisting attorneys in Social Security Disability cases
• Preparing and reviewing legal documents and filings
• Communicating with clients, medical providers, and government agencies
• Conducting legal research and compiling case evidence
