Nuvei is seeking a permanent Legal Counsel with at least three years of relevant experience. This position requires a deep understanding of regulated industries, especially pertaining to anti-money laundering laws and financial regulations. As a key player, you'll work cross-functionally with sales, finance, and product teams to ensure compliance and support Nuvei's innovative payment solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Draft, negotiate, and manage commercial agreements
• Provide product support as payment solutions develop
• Manage and monitor litigation in Canada and the U.S.
• Collaborate daily with Operations, Compliance, and Marketing
• Advise on legal needs during product and sales initiatives
