                    A leading IT Managed Service Provider is seeking a talented Level 2 Engineer for a fully remote position. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in IT support, including expertise in networking technologies and Windows systems. Responsibilities include troubleshooting, system configuration, and providing high-level support to clients. Ideal qualifications include certifications such as M365 or CCNA. A competitive salary range of $1,800 to $2,000 is offered.
