Job Title: Remote Material Estimator – Drywall (100% Work From Home)  Location:  Remote from Latin America 
Position Type:  Full-time 
Salary:  $1,900 USD/month paid via Wise or Payoneer 
Schedule:  Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM Eastern Time 
Job Overview We are seeking an experienced Drywall Estimator to produce accurate drywall material takeoffs, estimates, and reports for multifamily construction projects. This role requires a strong understanding of drywall systems, the ability to interpret construction documents, and proficiency with industry-standard estimating software. 
Responsibilities Produce detailed drywall material takeoffs and estimates  for multifamily projects. 
Generate clear and accurate material reports and summaries . 
Review and interpret architectural, structural, and construction plans .
