Overview:

We are looking for a proactive and people-focused
Member Experience & Community Manager
to own the full member journey, from onboarding through long-term engagement, satisfaction, and retention.

This role combines relationship management, community building, operations, and growth support. You will serve as the primary point of contact for members, ensuring an exceptional experience while fostering a collaborative and highly engaged community.
