MID Construction Group is looking for a detail-oriented Monitoring Specialist to oversee remote team activities, ensure productivity, and maintain attendance and KPI records across multiple shifts and job sites.

Location: Remote (Offshore)
Job Type: Full-Time (Includes 2nd/3rd shift and weekend coverage)
Compensation: $2–$2.5 per hour
Requirements:

• 2 monitors

• PC/Laptop: i5/i7 11th Gen or Ryzen and above

• 24GB RAM or higher

• Internet: 100 Mbps or higher

• Strong attention to detail and time management

• Excellent communication via WhatsApp and email

• Proficient in Google Workspace (Sheets, Meet, Drive)

• Ability to multitask across multiple monitoring tools

• High integrity and discretion in handling sensitive information
