This role is responsible for preparing accurate and competitive cost estimates for large-scale multifamily developments. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of construction materials, methods, and cost structures, with a proven track record in estimating ground‑up multifamily projects.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare comprehensive estimates for ground‑up multifamily projects, including material, labor, and equipment costs.

Review architectural and engineering plans, specifications, and bid documents to ensure accuracy.

Solicit, evaluate, and negotiate bids from subcontractors and suppliers.

Work closely with project managers, developers, and architects to align budgets with project goals.
