We are hiring two (2) Remote Nurses to support clinical and administrative workflows focused on patient documentation, chart preparation, and sleep-related care coordination. This is a fully remote role ideal for nurses who are highly detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working independently in a virtual clinical environment.

Key Responsibilities

Clinical Documentation & Chart Preparation

New Patient Chart Prep (OSA – Obstructive Sleep Apnea)

• Complete HPI using standardized templates
• Summarize prior sleep study results
• Capture PAP device and serial numbers for compliance tracking
• Add referring providers, PCP, and pharmacy details
