Remote Operations

We're hiring a Remote Operations & Admin Specialist to support our growing team.
We are a Philippine-based corporation working closely with our US-based e-commerce sister company, with over 20 years in the promotional products industry. We're a small, stable team (around 10 people) and we value reliability, communication, and long-term commitment.
This is a full-time, work-from-home, night shift role aligned with US business hours.
What you'll do:
Support daily operations and administrative tasks
Handle emails and internal coordination
Update spreadsheets and tracking files
Create simple visuals and assist with online tasks
Use AI tools to help draft emails and content
What we're looking for:
Strong English communication (written and verbal)
Comfortable with long-term night shift work
Experience working from home with a proper setup
Computer-literate and willing to learn
