Remote Order Specialist, Philippines — Global Sales Support

Job Description

The Order Processing Specialist is responsible for accurately processing orders on a daily basis, including provisioning accounts and verifying orders in our CRM. The Specialist partners closely with Sales Representatives to ensure orders are complete, accurate, and compliant with internal requirements. This role reports to Finance and supports the administrative and operational needs of the Global Sales Team, while also managing regular and ad‑hoc projects across multiple departments.

Responsibilities

• Process orders by managing and working through the assigned case queue.
• Provision new and existing customer accounts across multiple platforms for various products.
• Process requests accurately and in a timely manner.
