This is a 100% remote position based in Colombia.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Running high-performing Lead Generation and CPL campaigns.
• Strategizing, setting up, and optimizing
  Google and Facebook ad campaigns.
• Understanding local business needs and crafting campaigns that drive real results.
• Analyzing data (not just pulling reports) and making smart, strategic adjustments.
• Managing multiple accounts without breaking a sweat.
• Setting up tracking, pixels, and ensuring seamless lead flow into CRMs.

What We're Looking For:

• 2+ years of experience
  running ad campaigns for U.S. businesses.
• A deep understanding of Google and Meta Ads, you know the platforms inside and out.
• Strong grasp of campaign optimization and performance tracking.
• Solid communication skills (Minimum
  B2+ English level
