About the Role:We are looking for a proactive Shopify E-Commerce VA admin to support one of our clients in the NDIS industry. You will manage the Shopify store, optimize products and set up automations, and assist with administrative tasks including emails, invoicing, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and optimize the Shopify store for performance, usability, and conversions
• Upload, edit, and maintain products with accurate descriptions, pricing, images, SKUs, and tags
• Monitor site functionality, resolve basic store issues, and coordinate fixes when needed
• Improve site speed, layout, and customer experience to support sales growth
• Conduct basic keyword research and optimize product and collection pages
