Remote Part-Time Social Media

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Social Media & Marketing Execution Assistant to support content publishing, PR list building, and brand deck formatting.

Key Responsibilities

1) Social Media Execution (Core)

• Post and schedule content across TikTok, Instagram, Pinterest, and YouTube Shorts
• Repurpose content per platform (format, captions, hashtags, covers)
• Maintain a monthly content calendar (Google Sheets)
• Basic community management (reply to messages/comments using scripts)
• KPI: 30 posts per month per platform

2) Meta Business Suite Management (Required)

• Manage Meta Business Suite (Instagram/Facebook)
• Set up and update automated inbox messages (Instant Reply, Away Message, FAQs/saved replies)

3) PR Journalist List Building (Required)

• Build and maintain media contact lists in Google Sheets
