Remote PiMS Transition Lead — Tech Liaison & Customer Success

PetDesk is looking for a PiMS Coordinator to manage transitions for customers moving between Practice Information Management Systems. This role involves being the principal contact for technical switches and ensuring seamless transitions during software changes.

This is a remote position available to candidates in Latin America, requiring fluency in English and the ability to work within North American business hours. The Coordinator will manage technical processes and partner with multiple internal teams.
