• Translate board decisions into structured action plans within 24 hours
• Oversee vendor performance and enforce timelines
• Track compliance, inspections, and regulatory deadlines
• Monitor arrears and coordinate legal escalation when required
• Prepare board packages and meeting materials
• Draft annual budget inputs and review monthly financial variances
