About the Role

We are a UK-based lettings and property management company seeking a reliable, organised, and detail-oriented Remote Property Manager to take ownership of the day-to-day property management operations for a small but established UK residential portfolio.

The portfolio comprises 37 residential properties with approximately 156 tenants, primarily HMOs. The role is heavily focused on maintenance coordination, compliance management, and operational administration, with scope to support lettings and process development.
