Responsibilities:

• Inventory Tracking & Reconciliation
• Learn & use our ERP cloud software called Innergy.
• Track stock movement, min/max levels, and closeout items
• Investigate & flag any inventory discrepancies
• Update inventory count sheets daily
• Maintain and revise documents and SOPs

Tender Documentation:

• Prepare, format, and organize tender/RFQ documents
• Track submission deadlines and requirements
• Manage document versions and maintain organized file structures.
