Remote Property Accountant required for a company based in Canada!

Alberta, Canada- based company is currently in need of a remote Property Accountant! Tasks will include but not limited to:

• Full cycle accrual-based accounting
• Financial analysis and reporting to Community Manager and client as needed
• Produce monthly financial statements for a portfolio cap of 30 financials/month
• Other tasks as required

The phone time for this role is 0 – 25%.
